Account Executive

Quality Control

Interpret and implement quality assurance standards
Evaluate adequacy of quality assurance standards
Devise sampling procedures and directions for recording and reporting quality data
Plan, monitor and inspection of material and products to ensure finished product quality
Document internal/external audits and other quality assurance activities
Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issue
Evaluate audit finding and implement appropriate corrective actions
Perform “ad-hoc” task given by management

Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards

Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods

IT Technician Support Officer

Maintain, update, tweak and repair the computer systems and I.T
Working directly with the IT equipment and performing hands-on technical maintenance tasks on the organization's servers, telephone cables, desktops, operating systems and software applications
Test new products, run regular maintenance checks and keep up-to-date with information security issues

Candidate must possess at least Diploma in IT Management or Bachelor' Degree/Post Graduate
Proven experience as a IT Technicians
Excellent listening and questioning skills, combined with the ability to interact confidently with clients to establish what the problem is and explain the solution
